Many of my Resellers have questions on How to register?, Purchase of Products, Orders, Payment Mode, etc from Smart Shop
Here are some short FAQs for your understanding of How Smart Shop operates and how can you shop online!

Q1. I am new to Smart Shop. How do I register?

Ans: Smart Shop is free for anyone to register. Click to register. Please go through the terms and conditions, return/refund and privacy policy in detail for a better understanding of Shopping at Smart Shop.

Q2. I am new to Reselling on Smart Shop. I need only single-piece Orders, as my Customer needs only one piece.

Ans: Smart Shop is committed to supporting Resellers to start their new business venture. The purpose is to support Resellers with minimum investment and getting more customers. We offer single piece Orders, but the minimum purchase from Smart Shop is Rs.999/- plus shipping.

Q3. I don’t have order worth of Rs.999/- of My Customer now. Still, can I purchase from Smart Shop?

Ans: Yes, We have “My Wallet” which provides Store Credit. As the minimum purchase of Smart Shop is Rs.999/- the balance amount is credited to the user as a Store credit in “Smart Shop My Wallet”
Let us understand the condition where a reseller has an Order less than Rs.999/-. For example, a reseller has only one piece of order worth Rs.599/- only. He needs to load a minimum balance Top-up of Rs.999/- in Smart Wallet by Clicking “Wallet Top-up”.Once, we have confirmed the Order of the reseller worth Rs.599/-, the amount of Rs.599/- is debited from “My Wallet” of the reseller and then the updated balance shown is Rs.400/- in the reseller’s My Wallet. The balance Rs.400 can be used for next orders on Smart Shop. But minimum Order condition on the next purchase on Smart Shop remains the same, as Rs.999/- plus shipping.

Q4. Does “My Wallet” balance have an expiry date? How were else can I use it?

Ans: Currently we don’t have any condition for expiry of “My Wallet balance”. Also, My Wallet is non-transferable and can be used exclusively for purchase on Smart Shop Only. The “My Wallet” balance once loaded cannot be refunded under any circumstances and the sole purpose of “My Wallet” balance is for shopping on Smart Shop.

Q5. What are the Minimum and Maximum amount limit for loading balance on “My Wallet”?

Ans: Currently we don’t have any restrictions on the maximum limit, but as mentioned earlier the amount is non-transferable and non-refundable. However, the minimum amount for loading balance is Rs.999/- (exclusive of payment gateway charges). But one can also choose NEFT by selecting the Instamojo payment gateway. Your purchase is confirmed once, the amount of Rs.999/- credit is confirmed from our bank and payment gateway partners.
